With the Nizpro performance tune, your 150 or 175-horsepower Yamaha outboard engine can increase to 197 horsepower, and your 200-horsepower engine can increase to 231 horsepower. Fuel Economy will vary by model and boat setup but can increase by up to 15%.
To achieve optimal performance, your engine must run on minimum 89-90 USA grade / 95-98 AUS grade octane fuel and adhere to recommended service intervals. Failure to do so may result in decreased performance and could potentially damage your engine.

Tuner’s Note:
If you are strictly looking for speed, this tune is not for you. You might gain 1, maybe 2 mph on a single engine if you're lucky. On twin engines we have seen 3-4mph, but the main benefit of this tune is a substantial increase in fuel economy.Â

Find your ECU ID
Your engine's ECU can be found in one of several locations in the engine case depending on year, make, and model.
Typical L4 (4 Cylinder) ECU Location: Starboard side closer to the forward side of the motor.
